Andressa has 24 years of experience starting as a practitioner building forecasts and schedules and developing into project management and administration of WFM/WFO solutions ranging from 200-9,000 seats. She is known in the industry for her creativity and collaboration in supporting global teams ranging from traditional contact center to back office.
