Joel Neeb, 8x8's Chief Transformation Officer, leverages leadership experience from VMware, Afterburner, and U.S. Air Force to drive operational excellence. A former F-15 mission commander, he commanded more than 3,000 missions, including presidential escort operations.
His expertise in leading high-stakes, complex operations provides a unique foundation for building and scaling elite teams in dynamic business environments.
Andy joined 8x8 in 2019, having previously worked with a range of notable communications technology companies, including Poly. As a key player in the expansion of 8x8 services across China and the rest of East Asia, Andy is responsible for driving project collaboration and results for all stages of the product life cycle and value chain. Andy is also responsible for bringing the 8x8 Voice for Microsoft Teams story to life for 8x8 staff and customers around the world.
Andy is a keen music lover and has previously channelled this passion by working as a freelance music journalist in his spare time.
Neil has more than 25 years’ experience in leading CCaaS organisations and building high performing sales teams. He has successfully enabled multiple technology companies to drive category creation, enter new markets, and to differentiate their proposition. Neil is fascinated by human interactions and utilises this knowledge and experience to guide Creovai’s global sales team.
